Our recent experiment with “lightning talks” on action ideas went well, so this next meeting we’ll take a similar approach to discuss what we’d like to learn together as members of LEAP, what information we members feel we can offer, and what kind of knowledge and understand we want to share with the community at large. | Last Sunday the 9th, we tried a new “lightning talk” format to discuss action ideas we’d like to see happen this year. That went really well, so we’re going to try applying the same format to discussing education and learning ideas for the coming year.
Prompts for Meeting
Consider these prompts to help come up with what you’d like to share. You can address one or several of them.
- What do I want to learn through LEAP?
- What do I know and understand that I’d like to share?
- What knowledge & understanding would I like LEAP to share with the community at large?

| While sharing your idea, if you’d like to I encourage you to share your screen, using presentation slides, images, or website links if you have them.
Sharing is optional, and nothing in particular is expected. We’ll each be bringing different things to the table, different kinds of ideas and different ways of sharing them.
Timing
We will gather online on Wednesday the 19th at 7:00pm, and our conversation will probably go until around 8:30pm. We’re hoping Wednesday evenings will be more accessible for more people, as some have not been able to make weekends. |
